I'm not sure who this wook is, but he clearly takes home the first-annual Live Music Blog Costume of the Year Award for 2005. This is just brilliant, especially the side effects (click to enlarge):

The best part? Imagine if he bumped into Trey at the Hard Rock or the Mandalay...just picturing that potentially hilarious scene is nearly making me wet myself. Okay, that's a lie, I actually did wet myself.
