The boys in Kings of Leon just put out their updated tour dates with the openers for each date on the tour, and it’s shaping up to be an impressive arena-rock tour before the shows have even started. The band tapped for dates in June, and The Features for dates in July, then the Stills join in late July with joining for the dates in September. The Whigs are continuing to tour hard in 2010 as they gear up to release their third album, In the Dark. As a teaser for the album, they’ve released a free download of the album’s title track over at TheWhigs.com.

I knew it was going to be capped off by our crew arriving early to the NPR Music showcase featuring , , and , so all I had to do until then was have a good time conserving my energy and try to catch as much new stuff as possible.
