We’re eagerly awaiting the official lineup for Outside Lands to be announced over at SFWeekly.com with a video by , the team that put together the intro video to the Halloween set down at Phish Festival 8. This video honestly put a huge cap on the energy that was vibing through the Polo Fields that day, with huge cheers from the crowd when we saw clips of Jerry and Frank. My favorite part of the video comes when Frank appears and we move from Rush to Devo to Manu Chao all in one heady mashup. I can’t wait to see what comes out for the Outside Lands announcement, due up in about a half hour over at SFWeekly.com.

This was put together by Eclectic Method, a group out of Brooklyn that does a unique style of audio/video mash-ups (kinda like Girl Talk with video). I’ve caught some of their work at Brookyln Bowl and I’ve been really impressed. But this one probably takes the cake, as it covers so much ground in terms of amazing albums and classic bands/musicians.
