Update: the lineup has been announced.
It looks like this is going to be the summer of Smashing Pumpkin reuinion rumors, so I can’t wait to see which one actually gets confirmed first.
First Coachella, and now yet again, the Smashing Pumpkins are rumored as headliners for Lollapalooza 2006.
The lineup for the event won’t be announced for weeks, but Chicago media reports have suggested a primary target for a headliner is Smashing Pumpkins, who are making rumblings about a reunion. Thievery Corporation told Billboard.com last week it would be on hand for the festival.
