It’s Hump Day, folks!

Take today to jump and get ahead on your live music calendar…here are a bunch of good bands that have recently announced some tour dates.

• !!! (chk chk chk) is a band that I’m entirely new to, and I’m finding a lot of their music to be really really really kickass. They just announced a huge world tour, complete with stops in Europe, Australia, Japan, and the 2007 Coachella Music Festival. Expect US dates to follow…
• Cold War Kids are heading out on tour with Tokyo Police Club. I’m just starting to get into these guys now; they’re pretty good so far…
• Bloc Party announced their North American tour dates.
• Rose Hill Drive is also doing a slew of dates across the country, with a few spots opening up for The Who. That’d be a killer bill, Rose Hill Drive is going to be a force in a few years if they continue at current pace.
