Summer Camp may be unrolling its sleeping bag in Chillicothe for years to come.
Officials with Three Sisters Park and promoter Jay Goldberg say they are hammering out details for a five-year commitment to bring the annual outdoor music festival back after park officials renounced the event in June, saying concert-goers brought with them the appearance that illegal drug sales and use were taking a prominent front row seat.
