The winner and chosen correspondent for the 10KLF / LIVE MUSIC BLOG Correspondent "Contest" has been notified and I believe he's about as psyched as any festival goer could ever be.

John Benigni of Algonquin, IL was picked to carry the Live Music Blog torch at the festival -- thanks again to Dave Weissman @ 10KLF for setting this up -- and it looks like he's bringing along Kane from Burning Oak.

Look for some great festival coverage from the two guys -- as many updates as I can keep up with -- and hopefully more stuff to close out the festival (including downloads, photos, mp3's, etc.).

Actually, I just released the very first BurningOak podcast (using those finest of feedburner feeds of course) to preview 10,000 Lakes on the site. Check it out, it'll give you a good idea of which stuff to expect coverage on for next week.
