5 days in Vegas seems a tad excessive.

damnit zzyzx NO lol. vegoose 05 was incredible. one of the best trips of my life. i will spend as long at this event as i can. and i plan on renting a car this time lol, man that was a bad plan.

Right their with ya. All I have to say is….pimpest concert i have ever been to. Jamcruise, moedown, wakarusa, bonnaroo, summercamp…. Vegoose has it beat. Acouistic are killer! Too bad Trey will be there. Long live Jerry!

Last year was a blast, i can’t wait. What better venue for an Oysterhead show!? Here’s hoping. See you there.~!

Too much time in Vegas??? say what?……the perfect city for a music festival as excessive as VEGOOSE!!!!!!!!!!! Vegas is great because it scares off the thin skinned people who are afraid of all the “babylonian monstrosities …you know bro’….those temples built in worship of money”…….yeah, that and all that other great fun stuff that makes the city so great! Can’t Wait!

3 days instead of 2 that’s great. did not make the night shows last year but still had a blast w/ my bud pauly.

Whatever you want to say about Las Vegas being Babylon or Sodom or both; The Vegoose festival is the way to experience Halloween in
Las Vegas, without question. Spend the morning by the Bellagio pool, maybe the eggs with hash, some freshly squeezed, and a cappuccino;
then get your bands all mapped out and head over to the V.i.P. in time to cop a semi-delicious, camp-food style lunch, and as much good beer, or Bacardi and Coke as you can carry, up to the Righteous Viewing Lane, and grip some Righteous Spearhead, Flaming Lips, or Funky Meters from close enough to mop their sweat off of your brow. If you’re strategic you can avoid the spinners and the smelly, roster fattening Jam band scene, and see a day of great, fresh, song-oriented bands, add this to the hassle-free buzz-maintenance of NO RESTROOM LINES, ALL DAY LONG, and then a head busting set by Beck, a little Primus and back to the strip for some more high end
misadventuring by way of the late night shows, and then back for more and more…you have to hate fun to not like a weekend, THAT weekend in Las Vegas. Do it again? Hell yes! Already got permission.

i disagree that vegoose beats out moedown and especially summercamp . they were both steller festivals with clean vibes, happy campers, onsite music for 4 days, and much more. not to say that i am not obsessed with VEGOOSE, cuz i most definately am!
when do you guys think vegoose will announce preliminary artists?? how many months in advance do festivals ussually announce that stuff? thanks guys.. any costumes suggestions(easy and not to hot!?)

10 times better than Bonnaroo!! It’s perfect weather, not too many people, and besides, you get to see Umphrey’s play two shows!!

YES indeed….Vegoose is like THE perfect festival. You get all the goods here and less hippies smelly tour rats and I’ll say it again…less hippies. THIS IS ABOUT MUSIC and people who dig music…that’s it. A real city festival.
The music is the glue here not the scene. Vegas is already a scene in itself and the perfect city for a live music festival. Aladdin Theater rocks, HOB….for late nite shows. While your seeing great music all weekend, you and your friends can kick it in total style at the Wynn or Bellagio or The Palms or the Hard Rock….lots of beautiful shaven tan girls by the pool. Go see your favorite bands in great weather…eat and drink like a king. What more could you ask for?

I live in Vegas and it’s the only good thing that happens to us. Unless you like stippers, gambling, alcohol, 360 days of sunshine, rock climbing, mountain biking, skiing, and food this place is a drag. I can’t wait to see all of you in Vegas.

last years show was a blast i think they need some heavy bands that complete the balance like soulfly

I liked their mix. I actually think it was about downright perfect. I hope they do the same this year.

Yeah Vegoose last year was out of control. I just hope there’s more hip hop this year and it’s not in that little goddamn tent that they had last year. The lineup, hip hop or not, was badass last year and they no doubt got me going back every year.

passed up the roo for vegoose last year. the show was great. did the time change screw u up 2? primus saved my life! thanx les!
well i passed up the roo again this year. definately going back 2 vegas. fear and loathing 4 5 daze. OH YEAH! hopefully they have better djs than last year.

Vegoose was the ultimate I cannot wait for this year. Supposedly Galactic is already confirmed and there is a list of rumored artists on wikipedia.
