The annual Wanee Festival announced their initial set of artists today with the old-school heavy hitters of Allman Brothers Band and Furthur taking lead on the lineup this year. Both bands will be performing two nights so the sit-in potential on this festival is absolutely insane. That’s obviously what the promoters go for when they throw parties at this spot; my friends said Bear Creek was just a constant stream of sit-ins and sets with more guests than you could keep up with notating.
The fest returns to Suwannee Music Park in Like Oak, FL the weekend of April 19-21, and it’s a doozy if you’re a jamband fan whatsoever. Tickets go on sale this Friday. Read on for the lineup…
