I’m psyched that I’m finally getting my first Widespread Panic show this summer when the band rolls through the High Sierra Music Festival, and the band is staying plenty busy ahead of that with the May 25th release of Dirty Side Down, the band’s 11th studio album.

My latest musical obsession has been Beach House, even though I wasn’t up on them ahead of their last sold-out show here in San Francisco ahead of Coachella. I just can’t get enough of them, though. Check out their current tour dates and good luck getting tickets for any of their dates that get announced when they’re done touring Europe…

The boys in Kings of Leon just put out their updated tour dates with the openers for each date on the tour, and it’s shaping up to be an impressive arena-rock tour before the shows have even started. The band tapped The Whigs for dates in June, Built to Spill and The Features for dates in July, then the Stills join in late July with The Black Keys joining for the dates in September. Any one of those combination would be epic in an arena and well worth the trip out to the show. READ MORE
