Tonight: Grizzly Bear @ The Fillmore

I’m going to see Grizzly Bear tonight at the Fillmore, and I can’t imagine a band I’d rather see on a Sunday night (well, besides Phish @ Alpine Valley tonight). I’ve been into the haunt for a little while now, even though I caught on much later than the rest of the music blogs did. Their new album Veckatimest has been on steady rotation in my apartment and I’m pretty sure they’re going to absolutely nail the songs tonight given all the road time they’ve gotten recently. Plus, they just recorded a killer four-song session on The Interface. Check out “Cheerleader” below and check back for some photos from the show later tonight or tomorrow.
