I only went to the Merriweather show of that run and did so with a very-pregnant friend of mine. The traffic was insane, and when combined with the August heat, it made for a nearly unbearable afternoon for her. Thankfully the show made up for it with that Sneakin, Guyute, Jane and of course Sabotage. We had debated going on down to VB, and couldn't believe the news when we heard the setlist. Oh well. I got the tapes like 2 months later and was able to enjoy it for myself, but to think that we could have been there. C'est la vie. Wow, thanks for bringing back the memories Bready. I remember it all too well. Agreed on the traffic, it can be horrid but the venue is one of my favs. Frank Gehry designed it to fit the surrounding environment and it has amazing sound.
