Trey wouldn't mess with his fans like that. I know he's a prankster at times but he knows that the hope and excitement he's generating in all of us is a serious thing. It won't happen soon though. They've already gone down the road of reuniting before they were completely ready. They're going to get all of their ducks in a row and then do it. I still think I'll attend Rothbury though. I really would love it for phish to come back, but more importantly, for trey to stay off the hard drugs. trey needs to stop being a rockstar, and start being a musician again. nothing good comes out of a heroin addiction or an addiction to pills. if they can come back and keep the evil temptations away, you know the playing and writing will be top notch. they had a lot to prove in the 80's, and prove they did. i think they are in another position, especially trey, where they have to prove themselves again, considering the number of "off-nights" that coalesced in the years following the 99/00 runs (minus a few awesome shows, i.e. 2/28/03). very blessed to be there. thanks boys! amen.
