<description>ROO BABY!! One thing I&#039;ve learned from attending festivals is that I&#039;m not typically there for the headliners. Its all about the up and coming and smaller bands. I suggest checking out bands on myspace/online before you call this lineup crappy or say that Roo is disappointing.

<description>Return to greatness? You&#039;d think this festival was 20 years old with that kind of elitist babble.

MMJ? Allman (originally)? Willie? WSP for the billionth time (heck it was only three years ago when WSP headlined TWO nights)?

So they diversify on the upper end, still have a killer middle and a constantly increasing (and divergent) undercard and they have somehow made the festival worse?

<description>Oh I am not saying that the lineup stacks up to rothbury, 10k, summercamp, waka, langerado, or all good. But each year I still wait for the Bonnaroo lineup hoping it will be return to greatness and I am constantly disappointed. Atleast this artist announcement is some hope they havent lost the jamband spirit.

<description>Classic Bonnaroo? No offense Luke, but what kinda crack are you on?

Pearl Jam
Metallica
Kanye West

Nothing of that has any feeling whatsoever of &quot;classic Bonnaroo&quot;.

Sure there are some great smaller acts, but nothing compared to the first year. Of course Widespread is going to be there, no surprise there. Have they ever not been there (other than when they were on break)?

ok, my rants over
