I am a huge fan of math rock too...Don Cab is one of my favorite bands of all time, I love bands like Hella, Dakota/Dakota, Pele, Volta Do Mar, etc. All the Battles stuff I've ever heard just seems so repetitive and bores me to death. I know they are the new post-rock/math flavor of the month but I just don't get it. I just can’t get into these guys. I am a huge fan of math rock too…Don Cab is one of my favorite bands of all time, I love bands like Hella, Dakota/Dakota, Pele, Volta Do Mar, etc. All the Battles stuff I’ve ever heard just seems so repetitive and bores me to death.
