It looks like there’s a whole lot more than Brain Damaged Eggmen in that friendship between the guys in Umphrey’s McGee and the guys in the Disco Biscuits — they’re putting on their own festival this summer in Colorado. The first annual Trancegression Festival will feature both bands in one very killer setting (with additional lineup info to be announced soon).

Get ready to join Umphrey’s McGee, the , and many more for the First Annual Trancegression Festival in beautiful Colorado this July.

- both bands will headline venues in the Denver/Boulder area on Friday, July 13th as well; tickets for these club shows will only be available as a three-day pass grouped with the festival ticket.
- three-day passes will be on-sale exclusively through each band’s fan club starting Friday, April 13th
- general public festival-only tickets will go on sale Friday, April 20th
- stay tuned for more information as well as the full line-up

This looks like a pretty cool event and I can’t wait to see who else they announce for the lineup. Anyone going?

    There is a band out of New York, which both UM and the Bisquits have heard of. This is a great band that i think should be included and that band is U-Melt!.

    I am personally happy to say that going to the first SummerCamp, Bonnaroo and Vegoose have allways turned out to be a BLAST! If you miss this then you are a LAMO! Ill be front row having a time of my life, so get out of my way!!
