i don’t know if you’ve listened to much m. ward (he flies below the radar most of the time) but i think that he has the potential to be one of the greatest song writers of our generation. his last album, transistor radio, is the best album i have heard in recent years.
in any case, he has a new album coming out at the end of the month called ‘post war,’ and if the single (‘chinese translation’) is any indication it should be fantastic.

Dido, Chinese translation ROCKS! Very soothing sound with thought provoking lyrics. My first inclination was that they sounded like an Upbeat Morphine. Did this guy perform anything from the movie ” Lost in Translation”?
