I saw the camden and holmdel segment of that tour, and Camden was definately the better night. Phil & Friends are a much better closing act; they just have more of an understanding of their sound and of their individual roles within the group. P&F’s setlist was way more varied, w/ a good balance of classics and surprises. The Grab sets were both similar, not what I’d expect from those guys, esp.as the main act.

Memphis is a great “put the album and me to bed’ song

That said, i still favor best reason to buy the son currently,
but i know this album will grow on me with repeat listenings

I saw GRAB in holmdel, and let me just say… The Duo was just kind of a background band for Trey. My friends and I left early, after Trey song after Trey song. What a crap tour that is.

That being said, the Duo rock and I can’t wait to get the album, and see them on the Rocks off Cruise when they do that in NYC later this summer.
